This is technically a reboxing of the existing Build Custom set - same as the other "option sets" that came out recently.

Do these hands work with the hg Jegan and is counterparts (like stark and ecoas)

If you're asking whether they will fit, yes. But the Jegan series uses colored backplates so these will not be color-accurate.
