How often do third parties like this restock?
Answer
Depends on manufacturer. Some are fairly low-quantity runs that happen every blue moon. Overseas shipping sucks as well.

Does it use water slides, dry decals, stickers or prints?
Answer
It uses water slide decals for the whole kit except for the eyes which have a regular metallic sticker sheet with six eye color options.
